Whidbey Island is known for having many parks and places for folks to hike.
Recently, I managed to get my husband out with me for a hike along Bluff Trail on Whidbey Island. This trail is about 3.5 miles of rambling paths located on Ebey’s Landing National Historic Preserve, just north of the beach we both like to cast for salmon on.
My husband has lived on this island a lot longer than I have and has never hiked this trail!
I also took the opportunity to hide a few Whidbey Island Rocks while out hiking. This is Bluff Trail….

I don’t know why this is called a “lagoon” when it looks more like a chain of brackish lakes…

Back again, Girl! It has been a crazy year! Not much latitude to write when there’s a husband around always bugging you. I’ll be writing a post about the year.
