Happy Valentine’s Day!

Love is in the air! Can you feel it? Can you smell it?

In Europe, particularly the UK (feel free to add to this or correct me if I’m wrong) this day is also called the day of the Feast of Saint Valentine.

I pulled that particular factoid out of a long list because, I’m a Foodie and Foodie’s tend to gravitate to things that hold the most meaning in food.

So, with that in mind……
